Service was excellent and very happy with the rental experience.

Very easy process and was able to have the device sent to my hotel. It was very convenient since our flight was delayed and we landed very late at night. The instructions were clear and even told us exactly where and how to return it.

Easy to use and necessary to travel around Tokyo with internet access

Pick up location was a bit challenging to find but once you are there, no hassles and easy setup of the device. Returning the device was really easy as there are mailboxes in the departure area of terminal 3.

The pocket wi-fi generally worked as expected. I did have a few occasions where I had connectivity issues, which required me to reset the device. There was one instance in which we experienced a network outage, which resulted in the device not connecting. I spoke with a service rep, and they quickly addressed my issue and had prepared to have a replacement device delivered to my hotel the next day. The following morning, the device was able to connect to the service, and I ended up not needing the replacement. The battery life was pretty good. It would last about 6-8 hours with 5 devices connected. I would recommend this service and would most likely purchase this service again.

This is my second time to use Japan wireless. We picked up at Narita airport. The WiFi is easy to set up with our iPhones. Sometimes it lost the connection but it restored in minutes. Overall I recommend it.

Been renting japan wireless for over a decade. Easy setup, stable connection, and good battery life. Very convenient for multiple users. Smooth collection a hotel and return too, in my case at the airport. Recommended!

As on our previous henro we rented the portable wifi. It was delivered in the hotel before arrival. It worked 95% of the time. Sometimes it had to search a bit to connect to the grid. Especially in the mountains. My wife and I both used it. Mostly for translation and google lens to read the menus.
We did not understand the peel off strip at the return envelope. But I got an email saying the wifi was returned.
So all and all very pleased with the rent of portable wifi.

Easy booking online, delivery at hotel or airport and handy return in mailbox. Always online with mutiple devices. Super for iphone navigation in the car. Highly recommended for all travellers to Japan.
