Easy to set up, amazing battery life, great connection. I couldn’t imagine visiting Japan without one!

Having availed of the wifi and translator really made my stay in Japan more convenient. The pick and drop off was easy and I will definitely use this service again for my Japan trip this December.

It was fantastic to work with Japan Wireless. Order on line from Belgium, delivery on time at the hotel in Tokyo and easy to send it back. And there was always good connection.
I recommend it to everybody.

The entire experience was great. Pickup was smooth, the pocket wifi device worked well, and the return process was great. Being able to drop off at any mailbox was very convenient. Will definitely use this service again.

Excellent service and quality.

We used the WIFI hotspot in Tokyo, Kyoto and Fuji. It was consistent and excellent. The drop off was also simple as the kit came with a return pouch and return mail box pre paid envelope.
Over all excellent service and a must to have.

Pocket wifi was at the hotel upon our arrival and worked quite well. I would order it again when I go back to Japan.
