The pick up and drop off process was easy, good speeds connection good most of the time, some connection problems when on trains overall happy with the service

Recently used Japan Wireless for the 12 days we were in Japan and the pocket Wi-Fi was incredibly useful, easy to use and convenient to carry with a strong signal everywhere. Even on trains underground. They even delivered it to the first hotel that we were staying at as we arrived late at night and it was there when we arrived. We returned it easily at the airport before we went through security to travel home. The value for money is incredible too! Cannot recommend them enough. Anyone reading this definitely use a pocket Wi-Fi you won’t regret it!

We used the portable for WiFi for 2 weeks across multiple locations in Japan. Having internet is a must when navigating your way around Japan with the trains! We have 3 devices streaming tv shows and movies of an evening and had perfect service. Very reliable company, easy pick up and drop off!

Such an easy service and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly without any issues.

Best travel companion

I think this would be good for tourist needs, good connection. I was using it for work in Zoom meetings, Strangely, it timed out after 55 minutes, not once but three times. Maybe something to look at

Pickup at the airport and return of device using their provided envelope was easy and convenient. The connection was fast and reliable. I will avail again on my next trip to Japan soon.

Very good product. Great coverage with fast speeds for multiple devices. Only poor thing what that the charger supplied did not work. Luckily we had heaps of our own so we could still charge it easily. Wouldn’t stop me from using this company again. Cheers

First time visiting japan and opted in for a pocket wifi rather than using international data. Really convenient for googling maps and places to go. Will definitely use this again when I come back!
