Great product!!!!!!!

This really was essential for our family holiday going so smoothly in Japan.
All four of us used the mobile modem and it didn’t skip a beat the whole trip.

I cannot fault any aspect of the service or product supplied. The pickup at Narita Airport was easy and quick, the WiFi worked perfectly for our whole trip and the drop-off very easy at the postbox as I entered security back at the airport. Instructions on the website were easy and accurate and the communication at each step was timely and helpful. Highly recommended to any traveller to Japan.

Every single time I visit japan, Japan Wirless is a must and has never let me down. Having travelled all over the country, even deep within the mountains in winter, I've never had any issues with connection. And the added bonus of the extra battery pack, means you can go throughout a entire day even with heavy use knowing that you will be fine if you need wifi to get directions. Amazing product, and super easy pickup and drop off.

This wifi was great. I would definitely get this wifi again by Japan Wireless the next time I'm in Japan. Super easy to use and convenient to pickup and return. Other people in my party were able to use it too when their wifi stopped working (they have to be close proximity to you). It worked even in areas I didn't think it would. I never had to use the backup battery they provided. I would do this over a sim card. Remember to charge it throughout the entire night so it's ready to go in the morning.
