Excellent experience

We visited Tokyo for 4 days and it was crucial to move around without much concern. We could translate, search for places, sharing live content with our people… Delightful! I would totally recomend it to my friends!

Excellent wifi, and battery can stand by in a long day

Easy to use. Connected multiple devices to the portable wifi perfectly, worked everywhere that we went. Only minor problem was the USB-C charging cable that was provided was faulty and wouldnt transmit power while being charged. Lucky i had a personal spare USB-C for use during extended periods. Would definitely use them again on our next trip to Japan!

Service is 10 stars. We have booked the wifi same day of arrival still they manage to provide their service the same day. Very much thankful for their assistance and good service.

Long battery life, steady wi-fi all day, and a relatively small form-factor. Pick-up and drop-off were both easy at Tokyo Haneda. Great transparency on pricing, and no sneaky extra charges from the company.
