Having this portable wifi all throughout our trip was really a good decision. They provide seamless wifi coverage throughout the whole area of Sapporo. We can move around without experiencing any slow connections nor slow speed. My advice is to charge the powerbank every night to keep you connected all throughout the day.

The pocket wifi worked great for my husband and I. The only negative is that the battery dies fast. However, they provide a power bank allowing us to use the pocket wifi all day.

It was a really smooth experience all around: it was easy to book, easy to find the booth at the airport, and a breeze to connect and use multiple devices throughout our trip. Very easy return too! It was our second time using Japan Wireless and we’ll keep using it in future travels :)

The Wi-Fi and their customer services were excellent. While we traveled through Tokyo for the first time as a family, the Wi-Fi service was consistently connected throughout our journey. Helping us thoroughly immerged the beautiful culture. The Wi-Fi helped us, for examples, get to our next destination and quickly provide ability for us to search the Internet on were to eat, were major plus. No Internet drop in our experience. Their customer services were great, easy to pickup and return.

The coverage is good - the bundle sufficient - with the powerbank you can extend the battery and it is very easy to use. The price is okay. The only things I didnt like (1 star less) - the chargingcable was not working and the text on the display was only in japanese - it should be in english by default.

Very reliable tool. Good speed, more multiple devices. Worked everywhere I tried. Have a decent battery lifespan, almost never needed the power bank itself.

Everytime we go to Japan, this is the wifi that we rent. It's our 2nd time to use this pocket wifi and we are very happy with the service. Continue to provide good service to your customer.

I collected the wifi from Kansai and used it for my entire trip. The battery life lasted for a full day and a power pack was also provided incase extra battery was needed. Returning was a relatively smooth process (perhaps a map would have helped...the post box was outside the terminals).

Using the wifi was an essential part of our trip and Japan Wireless made everything so easy. Thank you!
