Perfect to be always connected in Japan during your stay

I rented 2 pocket wi-fi and pre-paid for it. I requested it to be delivered to my hotel and it was there when I arrived. I also received a email when it was delivered to the hotel. There was also an option to pick up from Airport. It came with a charger, battery pack, and a pre-paid envelope for return. I dropped it off at the airport post office at the end of our trip. The battery lasted pretty much the entire day. We used it a lot (constantly using google maps to travel around Japan, streaming on-line when back at the hotel since hotel wi-fi was slow, face timing with family back home, sending iMessages, etc). Service was good, reliable, and not slow at all. I was in Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, and Osaka. It worked fine the entire time. I highly recommend Japan Wireless. The price was very reasonable, service was good/reliable, and receiving/returning was easy.

Everything went smoothly. Easy ordering process and our unit had been delivered when we arrived at our hotel. Very easy to set up. Towards the end of our journey we had a problem with very slow connection. I sent an email and got a reply very quickly. Since a reboot of the unit didn’t resolve the problem, a new unit was sent to our hotel.
High marks for the whole experience.

Data is expensive this for most phone companies, the wireless WiFi I received was incredible. I had full bars everywhere I went in Japan, and they gave me a back up charger to keep the battery charged. Amazing thing is the battery never died. So I was able to charge people phones whenever someone’s died. I will continue to use this company when I travel back next year. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Without this amazing piece of technology, "The Wireless Wifi" we would have been lost.
It travelled with me everywhere in my handbag and was a lifesaver for Google Maps, Google Translate and wifi calling which pretty much meant we didnt need a SIM to make our Phone calls. Also pretty convenient on the trains. The only time it didn't work well was when we were in an underground train station. Picking up and dropping off was also pretty convenient
