I have asked questions and also needed to exchange my device due to a minor issue, both times customer service was fast, professional, and effective in full English.

WiFi provided excellent service in Tokyo. The only negative was that the device would randomly reboot & we would lose signal at in opportune times.

We purchased the pocket wifi for a weeklong trip to Japan for three users. The battery lasted all day and it was super easy to connect to. Plus, our internet was still super fast and never had any connection issues. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone. Easy to pickup at the airport and drop off right before our departure.

Perfect! I was able to collect from Haneda Airport without any delays, the set up was easy and quick. And I never lost connection while using the pocket wifi. I even had signal near Mount Fuji!

Returning was simple I popped it in the free postal return envelope, and I was able to return at the Post box at Haneda Airport!
