I had a 2 week holiday in Japan from the United Kingdom and ordered a pocket Wi-fi before I departed.

I collected it from Narita Airport Nd posted it back at Osaka Kansai Airport

The service I received was very good indeed and I never had any problems with connection during my 2 week stay in Japan.

I travelled to many different cities and the wi-fi service was very good wherever I went.

Overall, I was highly delighted with the Japan Wireless product and customer service and I would recommend a pocket Wi-fi to anyone visiting Japan.

My wife and I used the portable WiFi throughout our 3 week holiday in Honshu island, Japan. The device was waiting for us at our first hotel in Tokyo and returning this in Osaka via Japan Post was straightforward. The reception was faultless and using my iPhone was seamless. I would thoroughly recommend this product.

We found the pocket WiFi to be a real asset to our trip. Never without connection, it was brilliant. Fits in pocket or bag easily. Easy to use, never needed the power bank that comes with. Easy to collect and drop off. Can't recommend highly enough. Many thanks.

We've used Japan wireless on four trips to Japan and have never had a problem. The prices are reasonable and set up is simple. Turn on the power and connect to WiFi using the codes taped on the unit. We have recommended it to our friends on their first trips to Japan.

We rent this for many times and everything it works excellent the whole day and on all places we visited in Japan.
