The pocket WiFi device was very reliable. However, the power bank that comes with it is not working and does not charge the WiFi device. Connectivity is excellent. Will engage services again next time we visit Japan.

A reliable wifi for rent. We stay connected even on unfamiliar locations. The return process was easy by just dropping it at post office box at the airport.

I used the wifi for my 2 week trip across Japan and never had issues with reliability. There were only 2 instances during my trip where I had to restart the pocket wifi because it was stuck in a weird state and couldn't connect to any Internet. Overall I'm very glad I went with this pocket wifi over the other options that were available.

Ordered pocket wifi to out Hotel in Tokyo and it came the next morning. Super easy and convenient for our 2 week trip in Japan. It comes with a return envelope and easy instruction on how to mail it back. We dropped it at the post box at the before before going through security. We will use you again for our next trip back
