I was in Japan for 16 days and there were two of us who used it from morning until evening. Never had any problems with wifi, it took everywhere and the battery lasted easily all day, so I never needed the supplied power bank. Then the convenience of picking it up at the airport and sending it to a letterbox upon departure is top. Next trip to Japan we will definitely use it again, even if it costs more than the Esim ones, but having seen that some of my friends have had problems I have no doubts about getting the pocket wifi again.

Excellent - worked very well for our trip

I rented for a full month and went all over Japan, including Okinawa. My device provided reliable and fast internet throughout the duration of my trip. On a full charge of the pocket wifi, I could last a full day with two devices connected. I would highly recommend Japan wireless and I will be renting again from them in the future!
