Easy collection from the airport. It worked perfectly on our 18 days in Japan. We traveled from Tokyo to the remote mountain regions of Japan and not a problem. The drop off at the airport on departure was easy also. On a side note (as one couple found out) once you go through security at the international airport there are no Post boxes. Remember to drop it off before security

It was super easy and convenient to get and return our WiFi during our first visit to Japan at the Narita Airport. They gave us everything we needed in the pouch along with a backup battery and instructions on how to return our WiFi . Will definitely be using them again on our next visit. Plus it was very affordable

The whole prosess was painless and both wifis worked like a dream. We had internet within an hour after customs in Haneda.

Reliable internet everywhere I went in Japan. The only place is dipped a little was a cellular deadspot even for my Google Fi and it was in rural Hokkaido. Definite recommend! I always use Japan Wireless!

I had great wifi the whole 8 days I was in Japan! Super easy to use and 100% recommend to out of town and even if you already live in Japan but are traveling to another part of Japan for a few days, I would recommend this pocket wifi!
