Small, compact and effective

This was a first for us to use this service and i can say that our experience was exceptional, there were times we don't even notice it at all cause it is just a connection we can rely on. The only times we did notice it is when the person carrying the device is away from us but as a group it was exceptional.

We didin't have esim phones in Japan so decided to take pocket wifi - and JW was a super (still is!) choice. A good few people used it together - clear, strong, streaming etc - all what you need and everywhere. So - higly recomended! :-)

It was very easy to connect, signal was pretty strong throughout all Japan, super easy to return at the airport, battery last about 8h and the power bank is super useful. I would absolutely recommend it.

The device was delivered on time; in fact it reached my hotel before me; the power bank in the pack was very useful and return process was simple, taking only a second. The dongle provided high speed internet while being connected to 15 devices simultaneously. It could not have been any better. Recommend this to everyone visiting Japan.

I think I got the new pocket WiFi model. This one held the charges a lot longer than the old models.

We used it for 7 days in Tokyo and it worked well. I tried roaming from my home network and it was much slower. The battery lasted all day for us. I totally recommend it.
