Easy to use. Great coverage. More than enough data

Requested Japan wireless and was delivered to hotel the next day. Arrived with extra battery pack and mailer to return. More than enough data for our family for 14 days. Returned everything in prepaid mailer to mailbox at hotel before heading to airport.

We used Japan Wireless premium wifi for our 16 day trip to Japan. There were three of us and we each connected our phones and tablets. The battery lasted all day and was a good, small size to keep in a small bag. The convenient hotel delivery and included post pack for return made it so easy. Connection was always good and we used maps extensively.

Very good. Occasional connection lost even though constantly in big cities. Would definitely recommend. Always useful and theh even give a portable battery and charger.

We were in Japan for two weeks. Hotspot worked well. We will use them again.

this pocket wifi was amazing ,worked all over japan from tokyo to kyoto ,we visited all over and always had connection also i had arranged to pick up a airport but was unable to and my device was posted to my hotel within hours . Thankyou so much .

The device worked flawlessly and allowed us to use the various online tools we needed during our trip. We hope to return to Japan soon, and when we do, we'll definitely use Japan Wireless again.

Easy to pick up, return and use! And always has a good connection and a back up battery also provided!

No problems, fast to get at the airport, go good speed no matter where we were and no hassel using it with multiple devices.
