It was easy to pick it up at the airport and return it by Mail. It worked really well everywhere I went in Japan (even northern part of Japan). Highly recommend to all. It was easy to pick up and drop off. It was handy to have the additional battery pack as we were out all day sightseeing and exploring.

Dont hesitate about getting this portable wifi. I rented this for 3 weeks on my trip to japan and me and my friend couldnt live without it. Only downside: when you go in a train through tunnels the wifi wont work for some reason. But overall it worked great!

We had absolutely no trouble with this at all. Lasts easily around 8-12 hours with two phones connected. We got internet absolutely everywhere we went, for the price and how easy drop off and collection are, I’d definitely order this again.
