I used it for 3 weeks without any problems. Worked perfect!

The wireless package we had was fantastic. All worked very well. We travelled a lot in Japan for two weeks and couldn’t have done without it.

Visited Japan from Norway and this was a great service to rent.
The speed was decent when two were connected, though abit slower if apps where updated. Streaming videos could call for patience, but all in all that didn't matter.
Found that google maps was a must for navigating in Tokyo and Osaka, and the wireless really saved us!

Easy to pick up at the airport, even easier to deliver (just mail it back to them from the airport going home).

Battery was better than I thought. By keeping it mostly turned off when not in use, I never needed the backup battery (but was glad to have it just in case). Connections were good in all but the most isolated places. Overall I have been very satisfied with the unit for the first two weeks I’ve been using it. Still have two more weeks to go, but have no reason to think it won’t continue to work very well.

Eveything was easy about this- airport pickup, setup of the hotspot, and the return. It was a quick pick up at the airport post office and I had wifi and wifi base cell service less than half an hour after landing. I kept it on and in my satchel at all times and could access Google maps, translate, or use the phone as if I were at home. The price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend this service.

Found this to be very useful service despite initial doubts before arrival. You do need to order 2/3 days in advance as our package didn’t arrive until our third day in Japan.
