Having Japan Wireless worked perfectly and provided constant connection to the internet to allow me to explore Japan without getting lost

Excellent services, the parcel was there on my arrival to Narita Airport, easy instructions to follow to get to the post office. Worked from the first minute we switched it on. Always had coverage (even in some tunnels when travelling on the shinkansen) Never let us down. Battery lasted the whole day (we switched off when not needed) and on top of that the power pack was ready to be used if needed. The return envelope was easy to post. Overall the best decision ever.

I was really happy with this product and would recommend it to anybody who travels to Japan. Pickup and dropoff was very convenient, the connection was great, and the extra batteries were a definite plus! The only thing that I wish they had told me beforehand was that I would get messages (in Japanese) on the actual device that I had maxed out on something and that I would get charged extra for further usage. I contacted them and they let me know that I can just ignore those messages and I never got charged anything extra. That part gave me a panic attack.

Trustworthy

This is the second time my wife and I have used Japan Wireless to provide us with a portable wifi hotspot while travelling through Japan. To me, this is a must-have! While we have T-Mobile which provides us with unlimited data while travelling internationally, the data can be slow and mostly useless beyond texting. Having this wifi makes getting around on our own a breeze. Japan Wireless makes it super easy by mailing the wifi hotspot to our hotel so it is waiting for us when we arrive. The included envelope and instructions are easy to follow. We always drop off the wifi at a post box at the airport, but you can also leave it with your hotel when checking out. I would highly recommend this project and Japan Wireless to provide it!
