Pickup at Narita postal desk was seamless. Gadget was easy to use even without knowing any Japanese, super convenient. Used it constantly for 3 weeks for two mobile phones and occasional use with a laptop in Tokyo, Kyoto, Okinawa, Yakushima, and around Kyushu. Glad to have it when hotel Wi-Fi was not secured with a password. Only coverage issue was on a mountain on Yakushima where absolutely no one has any coverage. Once in a while the signal would cut out, but it was easy to reboot and get it back. Carry pouch is a little big if you're trying to keep your luggage small. Would use this service again.

Easy pick up and drop off at Narita T2. Just switch ON enter the password and you're connected. The built in battery lasts more than 12hrs and it came with a back up battery.
