Ordered from Australia, the WiFi unit was waiting when we arrived at our hotel in Osaka. Compact, powerful and affordable, it supplied all our WiFi needs wherever we travelled, even deep in the subways of Osaka and Tokyo. At the end of the trip, we simply put the kit into the supplied reply-paid envelope and slipped it into a post box. Enthusiastic recommendation!

We need to have reliable wifi as we required using google maps wherever we travelled. From Tokyo to Nagasaki we did not have a single issue with connection issues using this in Japan. Also being unlimited data we weren't worried about over using the data limited and even used it in hotels (even with free wifi) because it was more reliable. Will recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable pocket wifi while travelling in the beautiful country of japan!!!

great data service all the way all the time, but only a small problem that the powerbank delivered can't charge it properly, so i am using my own highspeed charger powerbank, I only need to manage the power usage of my smartphone. Great service, thanks, will order it again when coming to Japan!!

Arrived quickly, has great internet speed and I can get WiFi pretty much anywhere. The battery life is also pretty good and it even comes with an extra charger if you really need it on the go just in case.

If you are travelling around Japan, you cannot go wrong with this wifi solution. It worked everywhere and allowed us to connect several devices all day. Booked it online before the trip, it was waiting at the hotel on arrival and the post back at the end was easy - I can recommend this service.

Super handy and reliable! I would suggest others to bring their own power bank with more charges as the one that comes with it runs out quick (must charge the power bank more often). I travelled with this all across Japan and always had wifi readily available.
