Traveling from the USA to Japan, we needed a way to stay connected. We looked at e-sims and didn't find them too practical as we were traveling with both of our kids. Wireless hub from Japan Wireless was a lifesaver, we never lost connection. Battery lasted pretty much all day and that's with 4 cellphones connected, device is very small so it was easy to carry around. We were able to make phone calls without having to worry about hidden fees. Our stay in Japan was for 10 days and I believe the total as around $70 with unlimited data!, so price is phenomenal. We picked up our unit in a Kiosk at Haneda Airport, Terminal 3. They provide a charging bank, cables, wall charger, carrying pouch and envelope for return. You drop them off back at the airport at any RED mailbox, you'll find them all over the place. Will definitely use them again when visiting Japan.

I was very satisfied with my experience using the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. Pick up and drop off is very convenient at the point of entry and exit from the airport. The package includes a power bank and USB charger. The device itself is small enough to fit most crossbody bags and the battery is also good. I was using wifi for both laptop work and mobile phone use.
