In a panic, I had almost forgotten to order a portable WiFi kit. So around 6 hours before landing in Japan I ordered this and by the time I had landed in Narita airport it was ready for collection. Throughout my week in Tokyo I had no problems at all with the device, the inclusion of a portable charger was fantastic because I didn't bring by own but I didn't even have to use it for the device itself lasting well over 10 hours on a single charge with constant use through the day. It allowed me to stay constantly connected, watch videos, keep in contact with my friends and post pictures and videos online to various social media. Fantastic product, well worth the price!

It provided reliable Wi-Fi throughout my whole stay in Japan. Probably lasts most of the day on one full charge, but a portable battery pack is provided so I was never out of charge. The Wi-Fi itself was fast and easy to connect to. Would recommend!

We really were statisfied with the WIFI rental and were covered with great signal through our whole Japan trip, from Okinawa to Tokyo.

The only negative remark we have is: provided spare battery we got with the WIFI router did not work. At all.

Otherwise, highly recommended service from Japan Wireless!

Service and online portal was fast and sufficient, can’t wait to use the WIFI across Japan.
