The wifi was delivered to our hotel prior to our arrival. It worked efficiently, holding its charge through the day. Great service.

I hired the pocket WiFi online was delivered before my arrival in Tokyo.Used it during the rugby World Cup at all venues and all my friends connected to the device could not have done a better choice thanks Japan wireless ✅

Great product and system that I would probably use again. I can offer 2 suggestions for your consideration: 1. The location of the device pickup location was not clear. Maybe you could send a google maps location before hand. We found the counter only after asking a couple of store owners- minor delay so not a big issue. 2. A data SIM card is a very good alternative- maybe provide a short table listing key relevant features and provide two relevant examples of the use of each option. I think the SIM card option might have done for us

We used our pocket wifi for 3 devices simultaneously. We used it whilst walking, shopping and on various bullet trains. It worked beautifully and the device held charge all day and the service was great no glitches ever.

We practically have service everywhere. The only thing i noticed was that we couldnt connect 10 devices to it. But we had two pocket wifi so that didnt matter as much. Pick up and drop off was easy. Everything was done at the airport. We got it was osaka so after grabbing your luggage and leaving the sercurity point go find the post office which was on the second floor. For drop off we did it at narita so drop off at a mail box BEFORE you go through tsa.

Would not have enjoyed our trip as much as we did without the portable Wi-Fi. It allowed us to navigate easily all around Japan and change our plans at the last minute. It made being a tourist stress free!
