Many options for pick up, simple to return at the airport by post, reliable, good for 4 people using it at the same time. Only gripe was battery life but that was probably due to it being overworked.

We arrived at our hotel a little after midnight and it was already there at the check-in desk. The service was always good and it came with a powerbank and a cord so we were never without internet. Dropped it off at the airport before flying out and that was it.
