Pick up and drop off process was easy and the system worked really well as we traveled around Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima. Our phones would sometime get stuck with general direction we were facing, which never happens back home, but that was a small issue. Overall everything went as well as we could have hoped.

I took this wifi with me over the Kansai region, and it didn't disappoint. Connectivity was constant. The battery never died, despite moderate use. I would recommend Japan Wireless!

I would highly recommend this service. The box we ordered was delivered to our hotel prior to our arrival, where we picked it up from at the hotel reception. The signal over the City of Tokyo and on the outskirts of the city were excellent. I would definitely recommend Japan Wireless to anyone who is looking for hassle free internet use when visiting Japan. The wireless box was connected to at least 4 appliances constantly with no issues. Big thumbs up

Always connected, battery lasted all day (if switched off when not needed, maybe 8 hrs continuously). Fits in your pocket easily. Reasonable value

The service was super fast and reliable. The only place you won’t have service is in the subways in japan. Sometimes no service available until you come up top. My flight was delayed and missed the package at airport. They sent another package to my hotel room for only 1000 yen. Convent since we were to far away to pick up the package great customer service!
