Our 2 units were delivered to our Tokyo hotel and waiting for us at check-in. Very fast & reliable connection all over Japan. It also comes with a battery pack in case you need to charge the unit, but we never used it because the units have a long battery life. Very convenient! And easy to return, it comes with a return envelope which you put the units inside and just drop off at any mail post located all over the city and at the airports . The wifi worked perfectly and the battery lasted all day. We never had to use the mobile charger. We did have some wifi trouble when we went to visit Mount Fuji but Japan Wifi contacted us immediately via email and the problem was solved in minutes. We would recommend it!
