I utilized pocket Wi-Fi for an 11 day trip and it was absolutely worth it! Pickup was easy and the rental unit was so convenient and easy to use. Plus the charger and external battery meant that I did not have to worry about a dead battery.

Both my wife and I used the same unit for our entire trip which saved us so much money in roaming charges and helped us avoid the hassle of throttled down Wi-Fi speeds.

I will travel to Japan again and I will rent a pocket Wi-Fi from Japan Wireless.

OK, so it works very well, pick - up at the airport without any problems.
Two things worthy to consider:
- need to be careful as screen of device sometimes seems to unlock itself so its possible to click something in settings without noticing.
- return by provided mail envelope is pretty convenient BUT it would be nice to also allow to return at the airport counter.
All in all - highly recommended, device kept battery throughout a day, recharge was necessary only in the evening, so provided small power bank was very convenient. Definitevly must have when travelling to Japan!

The instructions were very easy to follow, the battery lasts quite a bit (you have to charge it as soon as you open it), and the internet speed is great! Made our trip to Japan very easy and enjoyable. Would recommend anyone to get this!

The ordering process is pretty straightforward and gave me a good sense of trust. The device looks good. I’ve been to Japan before and truly value of using a pocket wifi in Japan such as in Tokyo were I’ve been impressed of receiving signal in the subways underground. But thats all I can say about this company for now, I just ordered the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless, but still haven gotten to Japan to share my experience any further than ordering. I believe I got this review request a bit prematurely. So for now, good website experience for sure

Our hotspot/mifi device was one of the most convenient part of our travel. Easy pick up at the Terminal 1 airport post office & drop off was just as convenient! They’ve included everything from chargers to extra power banks ensuring us wifi all day wherever we were. I would definitely book this service again on my next visit.
