The wifi was easy to use, lasted the whole day, and helped us enjoy our trip throughout Japan with ease. Definitely something to get if you do not speak Japanese or if your a first time traveler in Japan.

The product always worked perfectly and the battery lasted most of the day on a full charge. With the powerbank you could charge the router several times! The whole thing honestly was perfect for my 3 week journey!

Excellent product with good capabilities

First time in Japan and it was great with wifi service. Highly recommend pocket wifi when having 2 or more devices. Otherwise get the SIM card. Japan wireless was by far the cheapest and most worth it off all the companies out there. Will be using them again in the future. Also, they deliver the wifi to you hotel if your plane lands too late, otherwise you can pick up at your arriving terminal.

We also rented the translator, we only used it a few times. You will not need this if you have google translate on your phone.

Ordering online was easy, pick up and return was a breeze. Connection fast

It's my first time in Japan and my forst time travelling solo so I figured renting a pocket WiFi will make the most sense to me. Everything went by smoothly! I will rent from Japan-Wireless once I come back!
