Amazing wifi coverage and easy-to-use wifi pocket device!

My family used the pocket WiFi service for 5 day with 6 devices and didn’t have any issues whatsoever. Will definitely use the service again.

We loved this wireless service. From the process of ordering, payment, picked-up, using the wireless, and back to dropped of the decide were all easy and user friendly. It was provided my 4 family with high speed internet during our 13 days trip in Japan. We traveled from Tomato, stop at few prefectures, and villages, and the coverage of internet was stable and good. We were really satisfied. Moreover, the price are affordable.

This was my second year getting a pocket wifi from Japan Wifi. Once again, I am amazed at how easy it was to order online and pick up at Haneda. Total setup took MAYBE 5 minutes. It was a lifeline to always be able to look up maps and train times wherever I went. Japan Web is my "Mandatory" expense for every Japan trip.
