I picked up my wifi at Haneda Airport and dropped it off in the post office in Sapporo before I got on my domestic flight back to Tokyo. Everything was so easy from pick up, to use of device (which worked reliably) to drop off. I'd definitely use again and recommend to all who is traveling to Japan.

Ordered the pocket wifi before I left for the Sumo tournament. It was waiting for me at the hotel when I returned. Simple to activate, easy to use. Stream Netflix, connect all over Tokyo, Gunma, Saitama, Nagano. Return: put prepaid mailer in Japan Post box at airport...glad I learned about pocket wifi!

The device was waiting at our hotel when we checked in. The instructions were easy to follow and I was able to connect in a matter of minutes. Regardless of location I able to maintain connectivity throughout the trip. The self addressed return envelope made it easy to return the device at the end of the trip. Overall I was highly satisfied with the device and the service and would recommend Japan Wireless to any future traveler.
