Everything from picking up the device to using it was super easy. Would 100% recommend! Only ”minus” was the challenge in finding a mail box at kansai airport. 😊

This was our first time using pocket wifi and we found it very convenient.
We actually struggled with keeping it charged (even with a power pack) at the beginning of the trip, so we did find we couldn't keep all four phones connected all day long. After the first few days, we were able to make it work all day by having some of our phones only connect when necessary, and by taking advantage of free wifi where it was available.
One important recommendation would be to include two power cables so that you can charge both the power pack and the pocket wifi at the same time and start the day with both fully charged.

Our first time in Japan and we did not plan on utilizing cell service. After locating the pickup kiosk at Haneda airport, the staff was very kind and supportive. Everything you need was in the package, including return envelope and backup battery pack. Pocket wireless was easy to setup and use. Device was very portable and backup battery was much needed. Throughout our week in Tokyo, the connection was consistent and reliable to get us around the city and the train/subway systems. Highly recommended and will use again on our next visit back! Love Japan!!

Our family was traveling to Japan for 2.3 weeks and has 3 highly active mobile users. The Japan Wireless mobile hotspot was the perfect solution for us. I was able to order in advance, it was delivered to our first hotel and I was able to leave with the desk upon checkout at our final hotel - using the postage paid envelope included in the kit.

The service made it simple for us to find out way around, researching restaurants, booking attractions on the fly, etc.

I’d highly recommend it to any traveler.
