They sent to the place I stayed in Tokyo on time and everything were set! I just dropped off at post box at HND .thats all !!! I’ll use again !!!

This is our second time using Japan Wireless for a visit to Japan. It is so easy to book online and pick up at the airport. That way we have internet access before we even leave the airport which is incredibly useful. The price is so reasonable as well. I will absolutely use them again for our next trip.

I used this every few months when I stay in Tokyo, Japan for about 1.5 months. I use it constantly with my iPhone and computer in my apartment and during travel (trains mostly) and had no problems!

The connection is fast and everywhere connected. The first pocket WiFi was down and didn’t connect the network. They send another apparate in few hours at my hotel. Very good assistance.

This pocket WiFi was very easy to use. It worked perfectly even in okinawa and it lasted all day. It was very useful for my trip, I will definitively use it again if I come back to Japan.
The delivery was easy : I picked it at my hotel. And it was also easy to send back with the envolope given in the package.
