This little device saved me so much money! My phone carrier would have charged me so much for an international data plan AND I got to share the wifi with my boyfriend during our stay in Japan. The device never failed us and was incredibly convenient and easy to use! I would highly recommend this product to anyone exploring Japan.

Good, practical device with a long lasting battery and excellent coverage almost anywhere at a reasonable price. Great for when you need wi-fi coverage on the go for maps, Google, etc.

Had it delivered right to the hotel- No problems- worked great through out our 14 day trip- would highly recommend!

very convenient, customer service was great and quick to respond on questions. I highly recommend them when visiting Japan.

It made our Japan experience even better. I ordered a bit late for them to ship to the airport, so they sent to the airport. I am very grateful for that, instead of cancelling my order. There were some times that the device was not charging during the night for some odd reasons, but they also sent a portable charger which helps to get through the day with enough battery.

Was able to use it virtually everywhere we went (with some minor loss of service for a bout 1-2 minutes in some of the shinkansen tunnels from Tokyo > Kyoto)
The battery lasted for an entire day (with 3 people using it) and we never had any issues with it.

Visiting relatives. We have facebook messenger and Line apps. The pocket wifi made it easy to stay connected with the group. Each person had one in case we needed to go our separate ways. Worked great to video chat back home. The area has a few cafe areas where they have general wifi for their customers but I found the pocket wifi convenient with unlimited data. Most people in Japan use a phone service called DoCoMo and they only serve data for phones through this service. Highly recommended. Worked right away, gave us contact information by email before the trip if anything went wrong.
