The pocket wi fi is very good

Never had any issues with buffering. Worked well just about everywhere you'd expect to get a signal.

My first time to use this product l find its very good and reliable never have problem with it. An extra supply power bank make it really convenient that you will never out of internet. Definitely recommend it.

Make sure you pick one of these up for your Japan travels. Much more reliable than a data sims card, and you can use multiple devices with one portable wifi! Great customer service. Highly recommend & will repurchase when I go to Japan againz

This was our first time renting a pocket wi-fi. It was easy to use and made it convenient to connect several phones. It was also conveniently mailed to our hotel and we dropped it off at the mailbox at the airport when we were leaving. This made it possible to use it up to the last minute. Our only issue was that the spare battery didn't hold the charge very well. We would recommend for the future.

The device was waiting for us at our hotel fully charged and ready to use. The battery almost always lasted the day, but the supplied power bank came in handy a couple of times too. Returning the package was very easy as well, we just dropped it off at a post box at the airport and got a notification email as soon as it was returned. An absolute 5star experience!

We ordered the portable wifi device online. Pickup was no hassle at the airport. The package came with directions on how to set up and return. The wifi works right away after setting up. The only thing was it takes about 30 seconds from whenever we turned on the device to when the wifi started working but it wasn't too much trouble. The device came with a spare battery but we only had to use it once or twice in the 6 days we rented the device. The device's battery itself last the most of the day, granted, we didn't keep it on the entire time. Overall a great experience, we didn't encounter any glitches and we went to Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. Price was reasonable. We would recommend!
