Definitely worth the investment while in Japan. The online order process was easy and the customer service team were really responsive. Timely delivery to the local post office worked a treat.

Very satisfied with my SIM card, it worked pretty much all the time (except when I was really out in the middle of nowhere) and it was fast! It was really easy to pick up at the airport and it worked immediately after following the installation instructions.
