All works well. The set up was very straightforward and easy.

The pickup and setup were easy. The signal was great in both big and small cities, and the price was better than the eSIM, in my opinion.

It was delivered ahead of schedule to the hotel where I was staying and it worked perfectly every day, in every city. It came with setup instructions and a key to open the SIM card compartment. I recommend it.

My 15 day unlimited sim was absolutely perfect for my time in Japan. The ability to have it delivered to my hotel prior to arriving was so handy. I checked in, they gave me my sim card which Japan Wireless had delivered prior, then went into my room and set up within 2 minutes. Having unlimited data was fantastic because wifi at some of our accomodation was bad at times and i could rely on my data for backing up and sending holiday photos to friends and family, as well as streaming Netflix etc when I had some downtime.

It was easy to access. I accidentally purchased prepaid SIM card instead of eSIM first. I contacted the customer service. They were very swift to take care of it.

Picked up at airport, easy installation and very good signal coverage across the country. Better to be used on IOS rather than Android.
