We have used Japan Wireless for the past 3 trips our family has taken to Japan. Pick-up and return were extremely easy and the Wi-Fi unit we rented always worked with no problems. Will continue to use Japan Wireless for future trips!

The Japan Wireless pocket wifi was perfect for my three weeks in Japan. The first week I was hiking on the Kii Peninsula, so in remote areas. The pocket wifi worked great. The 2nd and 3rd weeks I was in Tokyo/Kyoto/Osaka with my wife and son and we all used the pocket wifi connection. I would highly recommend.

Renting this device was one of the best choices we made when visiting Japan. It was easy to pick up at Narita, we were online before we even boarded the train to leave the airport, and the device worked perfectly the entire two-week trip. The added battery pack was a great bonus, as it saved us on a few of our longer days. We were able to mail the device back after checking in for our return flight at Narita, and we received the confirmation of receipt the next day on our return home. Totally perfect. Using Japan Wireless for this was a great choice.
