Had a great experience with Japan Wireless! It was super easy to pick up and drop off and the wifi was great! Would definitely recommend!

I reserved the portable hotspot for me and my family for this trip. It worked fantasticly. Everyone has great speeds almost everywhere we went. Highly recommended.

Very easy to use and lasts all day. Came with extra battery pack but didn’t need it. I had the package delivered directly to my hotel and dropped it off at Lawson which is located in every other street! Will definitely use Japan Wireless again and recommend highly to others

I reserved and rented a Wifi router from Japan Wireless during our recent one month trip. We picked up in the airport and immediately benefited with easy access to train schedules, maps etc via Wifi. We travelled throughout Japan, and even on remote hikes almost always had access to the internet. Instructions are clear and the unit worked very well. Drop off is extremely convenient and easy. I 100% recommend!

GOOD SIGNAL,CONVENIENT, AFFORDABLE

Everything worked perfectly for our 2 weeks in Japan. We traveled all over the country, and we still had WiFi 100%. Perfect!!!

My phone is not esim compatible so I ordered the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless.
It was delivered to our hotel as requested and worked well throughout our trip.
Set up took about a minute.
Both the wifi and the backup battery were small and light enough to carry around.
Even with a full day's use each day, I only had to use the backup battery a couple of times.
The couple we were with used esims' one of which would not work so I was happy to have chosen the wifi.

No problem with wifi. Will rent again.

The signel is the best. Works everywhere and easy to set up!
