Overall good product, dropped out a few times but otherwise reliable and easy to use.

We arrived late in Japan and wasn’t able to pick up the wifi. I contacted the very helpful support team and they sent it out the hotel with in a day. Wifi work well right across Japan and would highly recommend.

Good hotspot and good service

It was easy to pick up and return and so convenient to have with us throughout our Japan travels.

I rented the pocket wifi online and had it ready for pick up at the airport. The service was absolutely wonderful! We connected 4 phones to it and had no problems at all. The red box at the airport was also very convenient for drop off. I highly recommend!
