Japan Wireless made it very ease to use the mobile wifi during our family trip in Japan. Next time I will do the samen. The device was sent to our first hotel, connecting. Connecting with multiple devices was easy. During the our whole trip we were all connected which is very useful when traveling around. On our last day we could just put the device in the envelope we got and put it in the mailbox at the airport.

I go to Japan on a regular basis and this was the first time that I used the Japan Wireless WiFi. I was truly very impressed with the service. I travelled to several different cities while on this trip and the coverage and speed of the service was excellent no matter where I was. Great that they deliver to hotels. After a long flight it was nice that it was waiting for me at hotel check in. With 3 of us using it, we saved alot. Also, we connected well all through Japan from Tokyo to Kyushu

Worked flawlessly basically everywhere I went. Had some spotty connection when going into basements/tunnels, but that was to be expected. Connection speed was excellent.

I could not have more pleased with the convenience of using the packet WiFi for a month. The price was extremely reasonable and delivery of the WiFi was as advertised.
