Easy delivery, set up and use.

It was the first time I used pocket wifi in Japan and it was faultless from day 1! Battery never went dead and I always had connections. Anywhere I went in Tokyo. Will definitely use again on my next visit. The process was so easy to order, I got mine sent to my hotel and picked it up at reception when I arrived.

During our trip, Japan-wireless worked great and provided all our WiFi needs. All four of us were able to use it at the same time and there were no slow-down issues. Highly recommend this service.

A very good service to use. No problem from the company picking it up or getting it to connect. Battery life was a little problem and the backup battery didn't carry much charge. Overall an easy and very reliable service.

Pick up was easy. Set up was also easy. Once in a while, we had to reconnect but it’s not a big deal. Battery also lasted all day without recharging. Would definitely use it again if we visit Japan in the future.

What a great product! I was so impressed by how the package was waiting for me at the hotel, how easy it was to operate, charge, and figure out. All super easy. It was also a very light package to carry around town - no cumbersome batteries or boxes to lug about. If you rely on Google Maps / Translate and run through the battery be warned that you will need another charging cable to connect your phone. It was also the easiest thing in the world to pack up and mail back to the company: the envelope is included and there were mailboxes all over town (including one right outside the hotel). Would definitely do this again. My only quibble is that the bill is not broken down clearly to show were the charges come from. I wish they would do this, if only to see what is charged for what.

The best option if you don't have reliable internet service in Japan, on your phone or otherwise. It really was super easy to pick up, set up, use, and return.

This is the second time we used japan wireless and I can say I will always go to them for wifi needs in the future. We are a family of four and we never had any issue in using and connecting. We were in Tokyo, Kamakura, Hakone, Nikko, Kawaguchiko, and everywhere else. No connectivity issues at all. Price is also very good.

Easy to pick up, easy to use, easy to return. It worked great when we needed it!

Very reliable and worth every penny.
