We were a group of 6 travelling for 14 days all over the country and Japan Wireless pocket Wi Fi worked very good during the full trip. Battery lasts about 8-10 hours depending on the usage and it also comes with a power bank and an adaptor for the power socket with 2 usb connections. You just have to turn it on and it's ready to use!

Fantastic service. We ordered a router for the hotel and it arrived before we did. The connection was excellent throughout our 10 days trip. And sending it back through the Post box at the airport couldn't be easier or more convenient. An indispensable thing on a trip! Highly recommended.

My family was grateful for the reliability of the wifi devices. What we hoped for, however, is a longer battery life of them. We would definitely go with Japan Wireless on our next trip back.

Pocket WiFi worked great, easy to use and easy to return. The only negatives are that it was a long walk at Narita to find it (we went to the wrong one first), then a long queue for service. Also it re-charges very slowly.
