Japan Wireless made the process to reserve, pickup and return a pocket wifi was so quick, easy and simple! Definitely will use them again. Price was also very fair, cheaper than others. We were very satisfied with the service during our time traveling around Japan.

I ordered a pocket wi-fi for my week long trip to Japan. It was an easy process to receive the device at the airport. Directions were provided in English. The device was small enough to keep in my purse/backpack, and it lasted all day with multiple users. I did use it all day to get directions on Google maps, and Google translate. My son also used it to play Pokémon Go. :) I would absolutely recommend it and use this product in the future.

Having visited more than 6-7 cities all over Japan, I can tell you that it works very well. Whether in the subway or in a forest in the Japanese Alps.
It's also super easy to use, not heavy at all.
Receiving and returning the box at Haneda Airport is very convenient.
