I ordered online. Picked up at the airport. Worked right away. This thing was a lifesaver. Had my three kids on wifi for two weeks. Traveled all over Japan. Used almost 100 GB and it was so affordable. Highly recommend if the group is sticking together.

Though we struggled to locate the office and pickup location at Haneda Airport, once we got it and started it, the service was excellent for our 3 devices. Worked perfectly no matter where we are and was small enough to comfortably tuck into our bags each day.

Excellent service. Pick up the box in Narita Airport, simply connect your phones/laptop etc. to the wifi. The box is about the size of a small package of cigarettes, this is what you need to take wherever you go. Reload it daily to have enough power for the whole day; loading device included. A powerbank is included which you can bring with you just to be sure, but we never needed it during our 18 day stay in Japan. At the end of your stay you can simply out it in the envelope they have you and drop out in any post box. In our case, the post box in Narita. Happy Days
