Visited Tokyo, and ordered a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. The pocket wifi was sent to my hotel, and arrived on the date I requested. The instructions were easy to follow, and the service availability was very good wherever I went. The return of the equipment was very simple, with the envelope provided. Just drop in a mailbox. I picked up my pocket WiFi at the Haneda Airport and was off within an hour to Northern Japan. By nightfall I was up and running! This was so easy and Japan Wireless made it even easier with a convenient envelope to return at any mail box! I worked in remote areas for the entire trip and used the wifi constantly. Only in the most rural areas did I lose signals along Tohoku coast.
When I return- it will be the first thing I do- pick up the pocket Wifi from Japan Wireless. Thank you for helping my visit to your amazing country go so smoothly. ARigato Gozaimasu !!

We rented the portable wi-fi for our 10 days in Tokyo and Kyoto. The device was waiting for us at our hotel when we checked in as requested The rate was reasonable and service never let us down. The device was small enough to fit in pocket or purse and the battery life was great for all day excursions. Would definitely rent again.
