Easy to collect, simple to setup and use. We travelled throughout central Japan and experienced no issues at all. The power bank was really useful as well. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent, really good service

Got wifi pack at Yamato transport company at Kansai airport. Registration was super easy. Internet connection was good even at remote places such as Koyasan and Shirakawa-Go. Returning of devices was super easy to - I just droped everything in included envelop into postbox - and thats it! Certanly can be recommended for travelers.

The service was flawless. The device worked impecable and was more than enough for all the travel, providing wi-fi all day for 2 smartphones with moderate usage. All the process, since the order, until delivery runned smoothly. We appreciated specially the Powerbank. We couldn't recommend it more.

Suitable and very convenient for a small group travelling in Japan. Wireless power back-up provided. Used for 10-12 hours each day in Tokyo and Kyoto. Very happy with the pick-up and post back service.
