Absolutely fantastic! We rented the Premium Wifi during our trip to Japan, and it worked flawlessly. The router maintained a stable connection at all times, even with multiple devices and users connected simultaneously. Super fast and reliable! The battery easily lasted an entire day and was conveniently recharged overnight. The rental package included a handy carrying case, a small power bank with a charging cable, and an adapter for charging the router. I contacted customer service via email once and received a helpful response within 10 minutes. Simply outstanding! I would definitely use this service again. Great value for the price!

Good product and good value.

It makes a huge difference to have wifi as I move around. I used to travel with paper maps and that is ridiculously old fashioned now. And I can deal with work emails on the go if I choose to. And it’s always waiting at my hotel for me. I can’t think of a reason not to use Japan wireless premium wifi.
