Everything has always worked well

Our group consisted of 7 people and with a single device we were able to stay connected to the internet throughout our stay in Japan. Pick up and drop off directly at Haneda airport was perfect. In addition to the router, there was a power bank, charging adapter and cable. Perfect service.

Great! Battery last long and wifi was strong everywhere I went.

Everything worked as instructed from pick up to drop off. No issues with reception wherever we went, even in the remote parts of the Kii-Peninsular. Would highly recommend.

The collection was easy, set up very easy, using it was simple, & the return by postage was easy.

I placed an order for a mobile hot spot through Japan Wireless' website about two weeks before my arrival in Tokyo. When I checked in at my hotel, I inquired about a package and the hotel employee went to retrieve it. I connected to my phone and my husband connected his with no trouble. I carried the hotspot in my purse during the day and charged it overnight. Never had to use the backup battery. We found a postal box to mail the hotspot back to Japan Wireless before our departure. Two days later, I recieved an email to confirm Japan Wireless had recieved the returned hot spot.
