Easy to pick up when I landed at KIX and easier when I left. Just drop it off at a mailbox. The wifi itself was great. Got internet connection everywhere and a full charge easily lasted the entire day.

Best service, great product, highly recommend if you're planning a trip to Japan.

Very pleased with the pocket wifi we rented. Easy pickup and drop off. Gave us everything we needed.

Worth it. I hope the battery life is longer and the powerbank is wireless to avoid bringing the usb cord. Otherwise, the service is very efficient especially the delivery service.

Worked well throughout the hire period. Not had to rely on public Wi-Fi and worked well with Google Maps etc. Easy to use, just ensure charged every night for the next day. Would use again if visiting Japan at a later date.

We three used the JW WiFi for two weeks around the country, and it was working perfectly throughout our trip. Coverage and speed was superb. You have to charge it daily, though.

I will definitely recommend it for a Japan trip… it’s a must have!
