Very good pocket Wi-Fi to get you where you want to go. Takes you to your destination with no problem really found it very helpful.

Worked brilliantly throughout our trip. Never lost signal and battery life was excellent. So easy to collect at the airport and simply posted it back. All round excellent kit and service.

We chose the pocket Wi-Fi and we were not wrong. It works very well, the battery lasts and it is easy to use. There is a signal everywhere, and we went to Tokyo, Nikko, Nagano, Kanazawa, Hiroshima, Himeji, Kobe, Kyoto, Otsu, Osaka, Nara. We connected in 3 and the few times we used it a lot there was the power bank for charging. We used it for maps, Google searches, video calls. Then it is very convenient to deliver, we picked it up at Haneda airport in Tokyo and delivered it to the mailbox at T1 Kansai - Osaka. Excellent product, I recommend it, a must-have.

Worked well and package included a power bank incase we needed additional power but we found we didn’t need this. We did note the supplied power cable that would be needed to connect from power bank to WiFi device was broken but luck for us we didn’t need it. The WiFi worked every place we visited in Japan from the far north to the far south recommended and will use again on our next visit to Japan.

Really a good way to travel in japan

This is the second time we have hired a pocket wifi device and we once again found it to be fantastic. It allowed all 5 of us to use it simultaneously and was very well used when navigating our way using Google maps. The pocket wifi is excellent value for money and is very easy to collect at the airport or have it delivered to your hotel.
