Took a while to realize pickup was at a shipping counter (rather than a Japan Wireless). Instructions were technically correct. I didn't have context. Other than that... battery lasted lot longer. Great speed.

Japan Wireless is the best! We used it for 10 days in Tokyo and it worked brilliantly! Always had a great signal and the battery pack that was included was perfect for long days. Pick up and return at the airport was so easy and convenient. Would highly recommend!

Worked really well with 3 of us connected to it, only a few times after a full day out we needed to connect it to our own battery pack as it went flat. So make sure you have a spare battery pack just incase. Will use this method next time we visit Japan! So easy and unlimited data.
